Mitten Drive

Warm Hearts, Helping Hands

Dear Parents and Guardians,

The Kindergarten classes are teaming up to host a mitten drive to become better empathetic citizens!

The way our mitten drive works is that students bring in $1 dollar to purchase a paper mitten. Students then color their mitten and write their name to post on our mitten wall. The Kindergarten team will use the money raised to purchase mittens/gloves to be donated to the South Park Inn homeless shelter in Hartford.

If you are out doing some holiday shopping and would like to purchase some mittens/gloves for the drive, we will gladly accept new mittens with tags.

Thank you for your support! Please bring in all donations by Monday, December 16^th. We hope to keep everyone warm this winter season!
